What do I need to provide for a reading?
Your exact date, time and place of birth. The more exact it is, the better the chart.
How is Vedic astrology different from Western astrology?
Vedic astrology uses a different zodiac from Western astrology. That is why your rashi is often not the sun sign you already know.
Do you predict the future?
No. Readings are about understanding yourself and your timing, not fixed predictions.
How long is a session?
Thirty minutes for A Closer Look, and sixty for The Self Discovery, Understanding Us and The First Chapter. All of them are one to one, on call or video.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes, if you have their birth details — and ideally their permission.
I'm not in India. Can I still book?
Yes. Around a fifth of my readings are for people outside India — more than 20 countries so far. The slot is booked in your local time, and you can pay by UPI from several foreign apps or by international transfer.
How does the call happen, and is it recorded?
Google Meet by default — the link comes with your confirmation. WhatsApp video, WhatsApp voice or an ordinary phone call if you prefer. Nothing is ever recorded, by me or by you.
Do I get anything in writing?
If you add it. Chart Profile is twelve pages at ₹500, Chart Deep Dive is twenty-four pages at ₹1,000, and either reaches your email within 24 to 48 hours: your chart, your Dasha timeline, the notes from the session, the dates ahead and the practices worth keeping.
What if I need to move or cancel my slot?
Move it free of charge up to 12 hours before. Cancel 24 hours ahead and you get the full amount back. If you miss the slot without telling me, the fee stands.
What if the reading does not match my life?
We start with what has already happened. If the reading does not fit your life, we stop there and refund the session fee.
Will I be sold gemstones, poojas or a follow-up I did not ask for?
No. Nothing is sold after the reading, and no remedy is sold at a profit. One payment, once, and you never hear from me about money again.
Who actually reads my chart?
I do — Abhishek Jain, Jyotish Visharad from ICAS Delhi, practising since 2018, around 5,000 charts read for people in more than 20 countries. No associates, no assistants, no software writing the report.
