गोपनीयताYour birth details stay with your order
Your date, time and place of birth are kept with your order, on our server and in a private order sheet, and used only to prepare your reading. Payment is handled by Razorpay and booking by Cal.com. Your details are never sold and never used for marketing.
Sessions are not recorded
No audio, no video, no written record. What you share during a reading is treated as private and is not shared by Astrotherapists. If you want something to keep, write it down yourself as we talk.
We keep your details with your order
Your chart, notes and birth details are kept securely with your order, so your follow-up question (within 30 days) can be answered properly and you needn’t send them again if you come back. If you ask us to delete them, we will remove them from the records we control.
The free calculators store nothing
Both calculators on the chart page run inside your own browser. What you type there never reaches us or anyone else. Visits to the site are counted with Google Analytics, which never receives your birth details.
No mailing list
Messages you send by email or WhatsApp stay in those accounts. Booking a reading does not put you on any list.

शर्तेंIf the reading does not fit, the session fee is refunded
We start with what has already happened. If the reading does not fit your life, we stop there and refund the session fee.
Free up to 12 hours before
Message us on WhatsApp up to 12 hours before your slot and we will find another one, free. Cancel 24 hours ahead for a full refund. Inside 12 hours we will still try, but we may not be able to save the slot.
Through Razorpay
Payments are made securely through Razorpay by card, UPI, netbanking or wallet. If the checkout does not work for you, message us on WhatsApp and we will send a payment link.
What a reading is not
Astrology here is a way to understand yourself. It is not medical, legal or financial advice, and any decision you take after a reading is your own.
Nothing to buy afterwards
We do not sell gemstones, poojas or yantras, and we do not send you to anyone who does. The session fee is the only thing you pay.
Ask anything before you book. A question about how this works is never a bother.
